Terms and Conditions of booking with Emus Beach Resort.

100% payment is due upon arrival. Credit card details only can be used as confirmation of booking and the first nights tariff will be debited from the credit card if failure to cancel booking within 48 hours prior to arrival.
You will need a cancellation reference number to confirm any cancellations. This to avoid any confusion. Without this reference number the cancellation will not be valid.
Double, Triple & Quad Rooms, if booked only for a Saturday night a cleaning surcharge of AUD$10.00 applies.
For Christmas Bookings the following applies; Minimum 3 nights bookings and there is no Check In available on Christmas Day.
There is a AUD$10.00 per room per day surcharge for bookings between 20 December 2012 and 10 January 2013.
Any rooms cancelled over the Christmas or Easter period will incur the total cost of the room for 3 days.
